Nnamdi Kanu's Trial Live Broadcast Ahead of Judgment in Terrorism Case

Nnamdi Kanu, the leader of IPOB, appeared in the Federal High Court in Abuja as the court readied to deliver a long-awaited judgment on terrorism-related charges. The trial proceedings were broadcast live on various television stations.

Kanu addressed the court, challenging the judgment process and submitting a fresh motion. Despite objections, the court proceeded with the hearing.

Kanu's legal team argued that the trial was invalid due to alleged violations of international extradition laws and procedural errors. The judgment is a significant milestone in Nigeria's legal battle with Kanu, who was first arrested in 2015 and rearrested in Kenya in 2021.
