Doma United Coach Mabo Calls for Team Reinforcements

Najib Mabo, the head coach of Doma United, expressed that the NNL Super 4 served as an eye-opener for his team as they prepare for the Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) next season. Mabo criticized the team's overall performance, stating they should not be judged solely on their results in the tournament held at Remo Star Stadium.

Doma United won their opening match 1-0 against Inter Lagos but suffered losses in subsequent matches, finishing with a poor record. Mabo acknowledged the unwavering support from the club owner, Alhaji Suleiman Umar Mai Doma, while attributing the team's unsatisfactory performance to a lack of concentration and failure to convert chances.

He emphasized the need for Doma United to return to the drawing board and inject new players into the squad to achieve better results in the future, noting that no NNL team would succeed in the NPFL without reinforcements.
