NNPC Reports N60.5 Trillion Revenue and N5.7 Trillion Profit

The Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) disclosed in its monthly report that it achieved a revenue of N60.5 trillion and a profit of N5.76 trillion for the year 2025. The report highlighted that the company remitted N14.706 trillion to statutory government agencies.

In terms of production, the average crude oil and condensate output stood at 1.54 million barrels per day, while natural gas production was recorded at 6.914 billion standard cubic feet per day. NNPC noted that its retail outlets maintained a 65% availability rate in December 2025.

The upstream pipeline achieved 100% availability during this period, with the Obiafu-Obrikom-Oben (OB3) pipeline project reaching 91% completion, alongside the Ajaokuta-Kaduna-Kano (AKK) pipeline project. Despite a revenue decline of 14.17% in November 2025, where revenue dropped to N4.358 trillion from N5.078 trillion in October, profit tax increased by 12.3% to N502 billion compared to N447 billion in the previous month.

The total statutory payments made from January to October amounted to N12.117 trillion.
