Cleric Iyunad: No Coalition Can Defeat Tinubu in 2027

In a recent address, Prophet Sundai Iyunad of the Pentecost Sanctuary Bible Ministry in Ijebu Ode expressed confidence that no coalition could defeat President Bola Tinubu in the upcoming 2027 elections. He urged Nigerians to support initiatives aimed at addressing the country's challenges and warned against the divisive agendas of separatist and secessionist groups.

Iyunad emphasized that Nigeria would not disintegrate, stating that the nation is part of God's plan and should focus on economic and technological development rather than pursuing divisive agendas. He also supported the federal government's move to establish state police, describing it as a long-overdue policy to combat rising cases of banditry and kidnapping, particularly in the southwest.

The cleric's remarks were made during a press briefing to announce activities marking the church's 30th anniversary, with a convention scheduled for March 22-29, 2026, themed "Maranatha: The Lord Cometh.".
