Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing, under the leadership of Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Innocent Chukwuma, has publicly denied circulating reports that he intends to move the company's operations and investments to Ghana. In a statement posted on the company's official X account on Friday, Innoson described these claims as false and misleading, emphasizing that they do not reflect his intentions.

The company reaffirmed its pride in being a Nigerian-founded entity, committed to contributing meaningfully to the industrial and economic advancement of Nigeria. Innoson highlighted its belief in active investment rather than divestment, aiming to deepen its roots and expand operations to position itself as a key player in Africa's automotive future.

The company is also advancing projects related to compressed natural gas and electric vehicle products, including a major facility in Nnewi, Anambra State, to support cleaner and cost-effective transportation solutions in the country.
