NOA Launches Nationwide Campaign Against Student 'Sign-Out' Culture

The National Orientation Agency (NOA) has launched a nationwide campaign to address the disruptive practice of 'sign-out' culture among students during graduation ceremonies. The initiative aims to promote national security awareness, youth values, and respect for Nigeria's identity.

NOA expressed concerns over the disorderly behavior of students at graduation ceremonies across the country and emphasized the need for a change. The campaign will cover all 36 states, the FCT, and 774 local government areas through press conferences, town hall meetings, school visits, and advocacy visits to community leaders.

The Director-General, Alhaji Nuru Yusuf Kobi, highlighted the importance of bridging the gap between the government and citizens to foster national unity.
