NOA Urges Akwa Ibom Citizens to Embrace Tuition-Free Technical Colleges

The National Orientation Agency (NOA) urged citizens in Akwa Ibom to seize the opportunity of the Federal Government's tuition-free Technical Colleges initiative. The initiative, part of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu's Renewed Hope Agenda, aims to enhance access to technical and vocational education for young Nigerians.

The State Director of NOA in Akwa Ibom, Mr. Mkpoutom Mkpoutom, emphasized that the policy covers not only tuition but also boarding fees, uniforms, textbooks, and more.

Parents and guardians were advised to report any illegal demands from school officials to the Federal Ministry of Education. The NOA directed its officers to intensify grassroots mobilization efforts to ensure the success of the program.
