Nobody Checked On Him Before He Died – Uriel Oputa Mourns Veteran Actor Fabian Adibe

Uriel Oputa took to her Instagram story to mourn the death of veteran actor Fabian Adibe, expressing sadness that nobody checked on him before he passed away. The former Big Brother Naija housemate also thanked friends who supported Adibe in his last moments.

Adibe was a pioneering figure in Nollywood, best known for his role in the film adaptation of Chinua Achebe's classic novel "Things Fall Apart." He was part of the Odunke Artists group, which contributed to the growth of Nigerian cinema in the 1970s. The Nigeria Police Force has debunked fake reports circulating online, including a poster falsely claiming that actress Iyabo Ojo was wanted for a reward.

The police described the poster as fake and misleading in a statement released on their official Facebook page.
