Dori Ogala's Cyberstalking Arraignment Delayed Again

The arraignment of Nollywood actress Dori Ogala for cyberstalking Pastor Chris Okafor was scheduled at the Federal High Court in Lagos but was stalled due to her absence. Ogala faces four counts of charges filed by the Federal Government, including allegations of publishing personal material without consent and attempting to extort money from Okafor.

Her defense counsel, Temiloluwa Akindayini, informed the court that Ogala was unable to attend due to health reasons, having undergone surgery two days prior. Prosecutor Tolulop Mokuola requested a bench warrant for Ogala's arrest, citing her failure to notify the prosecution of her medical condition.

However, Justice Akintayo Aluko declined the request, emphasizing the need for Ogala to provide a verified medical report from a government hospital. The court adjourned the case to June 9, 2026, requiring Ogala to present the medical report to ensure her attendance at the next hearing.
