Nollywood's AY Light Dies Tragically After 30th Birthday
AY Light, a lighting technician in Nollywood, died suddenly shortly after celebrating his 30th birthday. Colleagues, including filmmaker Kunle Afod and actor Soji Taiwo, reported that AY Light gathered with friends and fellow crew members for a celebration.
After the festivities, he went indoors and was heard screaming unexpectedly. Despite efforts to save him, he was found unresponsive.
The circumstances surrounding his death have left his colleagues in shock, particularly because it occurred soon after his birthday celebration. This tragic event coincided with the death of gospel singer Olayemi Bayonile Bolaji, known as Toluwanisings, who passed away on October 14.
