"Anu" to Premiere at Toronto International Nollywood Film Festival

"Anu," the debut feature film from Bush Doctor Studios, is set to premiere globally at the Toronto International Nollywood Film Festival (TINFF) in September 2026. The film, directed by Temitope Jude Egwu and co-directed by Wale Ilebiyi, is described as an emotionally gripping revenge thriller.

Bush Doctor Studios announced the premiere on its social media platforms, encouraging movie enthusiasts to anticipate the film's release. The cast includes established Nollywood actors such as the late Alwell Ademola, Peters Ijagbemi, Wale Ilebiyi, Sola Kosoko, and Toyin Alausa, alongside a new generation of talent including Joshua Jinad, Daniel Adeshina, Rita Okonne, Oyinlola Opeyemi, Bazok John Abidemi, and Obinna D Gabriel.

Following its festival run, "Anu" is expected to be available on selected streaming platforms. Temitope Jude Egwu, the founder of Bush Doctor Studios, expressed a vision to create impactful films that resonate with audiences for generations.
