Bayelsa United Chairman Confident of Avoiding Relegation

Tarilaya Nwankw, the chairman of Bayelsa United, has stated that the club will not face relegation from the Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL). Currently, Bayelsa United is positioned 19th in the league table with 40 points.

Nwankw expressed optimism regarding the team's chances in the remaining fixtures of the season, emphasizing that he does not predict relegation for the club. He mentioned that there are three games left to play and reassured supporters that the team will not go down.

Nwankw highlighted that four teams will be relegated to the Nigeria Nation League (NNL), but he remains confident in Bayelsa United's ability to avoid this fate.
