Ranchers Bees Hire Ma’aji Muhammad as Technical Adviser
Ranchers Bees have appointed Ma’aji Muhammad as their new technical adviser following the dismissal of Usman Abd’allah on October 17. Abd’allah was sacked after the club's disappointing start to the 2026/27 Nigeria Premier Football League season, where they achieved two wins, two draws, and five defeats in their first nine matches.
Currently, Ranchers Bees are positioned 19th in the league table with eight points. Ma’aji Muhammad returns to the NPFL after his previous role with Niger Tornadoes, where Kabiru Dogo is the current coach.
Muhammad's immediate challenge is to enhance the club's performance and steer them away from the relegation zone. He will begin his tenure on Sunday when Ranchers Bees face Doma United at the Sani Abacha Stadium in Kano.
