Shooting Stars Beat Rivers United 2-1 in NPFL Clash

In a thrilling Nigeria Premier Football League match on Thursday night at Lekan Salami Stadium in Ibadan, Shooting Stars triumphed over Rivers United with a score of 2-1. Sodiq Ibrahim initiated the scoring in the 24th minute with a goal following a superb assist from Ayobami Abiodun.

Rivers United responded with an equalizer from Wasiu Falolu in the 21st minute. However, Qamar Adegok clinched the victory for Shooting Stars by netting the winning goal during stoppage time.
