Nigeria Revenue Service Unveils New Abuja Headquarters

The Nigeria Revenue Service (NRS) has officially unveiled its new headquarters located in Abuja, specifically on Kur Moha Avenue. This facility, designed to accommodate 3,000 personnel, is part of a broader administrative reform project aimed at improving tax administration in Nigeria.

The headquarters features a three-tower structure with a clear separation of entry points for staff and visitors, ensuring strict identification procedures and controlled movement throughout the building. The design incorporates advanced technology for operational efficiency, including a digital memo platform and energy management protocols.

The NRS aims to report N28.3 trillion in revenue by 2025, with higher targets set for 2026. This new headquarters is a significant step in the NRS's efforts to unify and coordinate tax administration, reflecting a shift in public perception towards the agency's capabilities and operational oversight under the leadership of Zacch Adedeji.
