Tinubu Unveils New Nigeria Revenue Service Headquarters

On Tuesday, President Bola Tinubu officiated the unveiling of the new corporate headquarters of the Nigeria Revenue Service (NRS) in Abuja. This event signifies a pivotal moment in the restructuring of the NRS, which is part of Tinubu's administration's strategy to enhance the efficiency of Nigeria's tax system.

During the ceremony, Tinubu addressed guests and formally declared the building open, which features a commemorative plaque indicating its inauguration date as April 14, 2026. The headquarters consists of a sixteen-floor structure with three towers, designed to accommodate 3,000 employees.

The event was attended by notable figures including Zacch Adedeji, the chairman of the NRS, Speaker of the House Abba Tajudeen, Senate President Godswill Akpabio, and Minister of the Federal Capital Territory Nyesom Wike, among other government officials.
