NRS and Taxation Institute Enhance E-Invoicing Partnership

NRS and the Taxation Institute have deepened their partnership to advance e-invoicing solutions, emphasizing the need to align tax administration with global digital standards. The partnership was highlighted during a workshop focused on e-invoicing for merchants and buyers, with Innoc Ohagwa from the Taxation Institute underscoring the commitment to ongoing tax reform.

The initiative aims to equip practitioners with the necessary tools to comply with emerging digital requirements. The partnership will enhance capacity building, promote voluntary compliance, and foster a better understanding of the new tax law.

Ohagwa noted that e-invoicing would improve tax revenue collection by facilitating real-time data integration and reducing compliance risks. The system will allow businesses to transmit invoices securely, ensuring transparency and traceability.
