NTDA and OSGF Strengthen Partnership for Tourism Development in Nigeria

The Nigerian Tourism Development Authority (NTDA) and the Office of the Secretary to the Government of the Federation (OSGF) are strengthening their partnership to advance tourism development in Nigeria. During a courtesy visit by NTDA's Director-General, Mr.

Ola Awakan, to the Surveyor General of the Federation, Mr. Abdulganiyu Adebomehin, in Abuja, discussions centered on leveraging technology and expertise to enhance the accuracy of mapping for tourism destinations.

The collaboration seeks to provide reliable digital mapping solutions to improve navigation for visitors and promote Nigeria's tourism assets. NTDA highlighted the economic opportunities within the tourism sector and emphasized the importance of utilizing technology and digital platforms to showcase Nigeria's vast tourism potential.

The ongoing efforts include engagements with states like Katsina State to further develop tourism initiatives.
