NVBF Praises Nigerian Clubs at CAVB Zone 3 Championship

The Nigerian Volleyball Federation (NVBF) congratulated Nigerian volleyball clubs for their outstanding performances at the 2026 CAVB Zone 3 Club Championship held in Ghana. In the women's category, Viper Volleyball Club finished as silver medalists, while Nigeria Customs Service Volleyball Club secured a bronze medal after defeating Ghana Police Volleyball Club with a score of 3-0 (25-21, 25-7, 25-20).

In the men's category, Nigeria Customs Service Volleyball Club also delivered a commendable performance, finishing as silver medalists and reaching the finals of the regional championship. Musa Nimrod, the president of the NVBF, commended the players, coaches, and management of the participating clubs for their dedication and resilience, which reflected Nigeria's pride and steady progress in competitive volleyball within the West African region.

The NVBF emphasized that the success of the Nigerian teams would inspire young athletes across the country to pursue volleyball at competitive levels and reaffirmed its commitment to enhancing the development of club volleyball.
