NYSC Warns Against Night Journeys as 2026 Batch 'A' Orientation Begins

The National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) has cautioned prospective corps members to avoid night journeys as the 2026 Batch 'A' orientation is set to commence on January 21 across 37 orientation camps in Nigeria. The orientation will run from January 21 to January 23, with the swearing-in ceremony on January 23 and the closing ceremony on February 10.

The Director of Public Relations, Carolin Embu, and the Director-General, Brigadier General Olakunle Nafiu, emphasized the importance of safe travel for the corps members.
