Obi Condoles El-Rufai on Mother’s Passing at 100

Hajiya Umma El-Rufai was reported to have passed away at the age of 100 in Cairo, Egypt, where she had been ill. Her grandson, Bello El-Rufai, announced her death on Facebook, expressing gratitude for her life and requesting prayers for her soul.

The announcement came shortly after the death of El-Rufai's daughter-in-law, Safiya Ali El-Rufai. Prominent figures, including President Bola Tinubu and former Vice President Atiku Abubakar, paid tribute to the late matriarch, highlighting her significance in the community.
