Ogun SUBEB Screens 175 Teaching Intern Applicants for Public Schools

Ogun State Universal Basic Education Board (SUBEB) screened 175 teaching intern applicants who scored above 40 in the qualifying test to fill vacancies in public primary schools across the state. The SUBEB chairman, Olalekan Ifede, disclosed that the screening aimed to verify applicants' information and readiness to serve in both rural and urban areas.

Successful candidates will be appointed for at least two years before being considered for permanent teaching positions. Ifede emphasized the importance of candidates having the requisite teaching qualifications and commitment to serving in Ogun State.

The screening process ensures that interns are prepared to fulfill their duties diligently under the supervision of head teachers and the Quality Assurance Department.
