ASUBEB Complies with Otti's Directive, Reposts Teachers to Preferred Schools

Abia State Universal Basic Education Board (ASUBEB) has begun reposting newly recruited teachers to their preferred schools following Governor Alex Otti's directive. This decision comes after some teachers, including a married woman, raised concerns about inconvenient placements.

ASUBEB, under the leadership of Acting Governor Otti and Executive Chairman Lydia Ezihe Onuoha, is ensuring that teachers can work effectively and contribute meaningfully to the state's education system. Teachers are urged to provide necessary information for reposting, enhancing fairness and efficiency in the education sector.

Governor Otti had previously warned education officials against disregarding instructions related to teacher placements.
