OIC Condemns Settler Crimes in West Bank, Calls for Action

The Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) issued a strong condemnation regarding the escalation of settler crimes in the West Bank. In a statement from the General Secretariat, the OIC described the crimes, including murder and incitement, as heinous and systematic, perpetrated by extremist settler gangs under the protection of Israeli occupation forces.

The statement highlighted that these actions resulted in the martyrdom of five Palestinian citizens and injuries to others in several occupied villages in the West Bank. The OIC reaffirmed that these acts are flagrant violations of international humanitarian law and resolutions, calling for immediate international intervention to stop the ongoing Israeli crimes against the Palestinian territories.

The organization also urged for clear deterrent sanctions against the Israeli colonial settlement system.
