Ojo, Obieze Win Indian Independence Day Golf Tourney at Ikeja

Babatunde Ojo and Lynda Obieze emerged as the winners of the second edition of the India Independence Day Golf tournament held at Ikeja Golf Club. Ojo scored 33 points to clinch the Men's Category, while Obieze secured the top spot in the Reserve position with 34 points.

Other winners included Goke Akinboro and Mojeed Aberuagba in the Men's Category, and Queen Ebosetale Okhuleigbe and Afolashade Opawunmi in the Reserve category. Arun Sharma won the Longest Drive for men, while Ebosetale Okhuleigbe claimed the title for women.

The event also featured auxiliary prizes for Nearest Pin, won by Mike Laleye and Chichi Alamu in the men's and women's categories respectively. Captain of Ikeja Golf Club, Rasheed Adebisi, expressed gratitude to the Indian community for organizing the successful tournament and emphasized the strong relationship.
