Edo Queens Celebrate 2026 NWFL Title Win with Support

Senator Mondai Okpebholo, the Governor of Edo State, congratulated Edo Queens Football Club for their outstanding achievement in the 2026 Nigeria Women Football League (NWFL). The team secured a 0-0 draw against Bayelsa Queens in their final game, finishing with a total of 10 points from five matches, which included three wins, one draw, and one loss.

This performance confirmed Edo Queens as a top team in the league. In his statement, Governor Okpebholo praised the players, coaching staff, and management for their dedication and discipline, noting that their success reflects the talent and resilience of Edo athletes.
