GOFAMINT to Celebrate 70th Anniversary in Ogun State

The Gospel Faith Mission International (GOFAMINT) is set to commence activities marking its 70th anniversary alongside its 60th Annual Convention from August 3 to 9, 2026. The event, themed “To God Be the Glory,” will take place at the church’s International Gospel City located in Ogunmakin along the Ibadan-Lagos Expressway in Ogun State.

Abina, the General Overseer of GOFAMINT, will host the week-long celebration, which will feature prominent Christian leaders including Pastor Ayo Oritsejafor, the former President of the Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria, and Bishop Mike Okonkwo, the General Overseer of The Redeemed Evangelical Mission. The convention aims to commemorate the church’s seven decades of evangelism, discipleship, and Christian service, bringing together ministers, members, and worshippers for teachings, prayers, and thanksgiving.

Other notable ministers expected to attend include Prof. Garry Maxey, Prof.

Dapo Asaju, Rev. Samson Ajetunmobi, Prophet Abiola Adesibi, and Rev.

Sam Aboyeji.
