Oseni Grants ₦50m to Ibadan Traders, Supports Tinubu

On Friday, Honourable Aderemi Oseni, the All Progressives Congress (APC) senatorial candidate for Oyo South and current representative of Ibarapa East/Ido Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives, presented a ₦50 million business grant to the Agbeni Amunigun Traders Association. This initiative aims to support traders in Ibadan North-West and Ibadan South-West Local Government Areas of Oyo State.

Oseni also announced a ₦5 million donation for the completion of the association’s secretariat and committed to installing solar-powered streetlights in the market for enhanced security. During an interactive session, he emphasized the importance of traders to the local economy and urged them to support President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, citing the administration's economic reforms as beneficial despite current hardships.

Oseni promised to facilitate an interest-free revolving loan scheme for traders if elected to the Senate in 2027, aiming to empower small and medium-scale businesses.
