Oseni Disburses N10m Empowerment Fund to Ibadan Traders

Hon. Aderemi Oseni, a member of the House of Representatives for the Ido/Ibarapa Federal Constituency, has distributed N10 million in empowerment funds to traders in the Ibadan South East Local Government Area.

This initiative was announced in a joint statement by market leaders, including Chairman Nurudeen Busari and Secretary Adeyemi Ojo, who praised Oseni for his efforts. The N10 million is part of a larger N90 million support package that Oseni announced a week prior, aimed at assisting traders across nine local governments in the Oyo Senatorial District.

The initiative, which is backed by the All Progressives Congress (APC), seeks to enhance petty trade and strengthen the businesses of local traders who have been facing challenges due to capital constraints. Market leaders reaffirmed their support for Oseni's senatorial ambitions and expressed appreciation for his ongoing grassroots interventions aimed at empowering ordinary Nigerian traders.
