Oshiomhole Retracts Forgery Claims on Natasha's Suspension

Adam Oshiomhole, a prominent political figure, made a U-turn regarding his earlier allegations of forgery related to the suspension of Senator Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan from Kogi Central. In a statement issued on Tuesday, Oshiomhole noted that his comments during an interview with AIT were misrepresented.

He denied ever claiming that the signatures of lawmakers attached to the final report recommending Akpoti-Uduaghan's suspension were forged. Oshiomhole's clarification came in response to claims made by the Senate Service Committee, which stated that the signatures were indeed valid.
