Oyebamiji Receives NASFAT Support Ahead of Osun Election

On August 15, 2023, Alhaji Munirudeen Oyebamiji, the All Progressives Congress (APC) candidate for the Osun State governorship election, received the support and prayers of the Nasrul-Lahi-l-Fatih Society (NASFAT) at the NASFAT Asiwaju Khamis Olatunde Badmus (NAKOB) Central Mosque in Dagbolu, Osogbo. Ajiroba Maruf Adedokun, the Vice President II of NASFAT worldwide, stated that the organization does not belong to any political party but organized the prayer for Oyebamiji as he is one of its founding members.

Oyebamiji expressed gratitude for the prayers and indicated that this was the first time NASFAT organized such an event for anyone, which he interpreted as a positive sign for his candidacy. He assured that if elected, his administration would prioritize good governance for all citizens, regardless of their religion, and urged the public to ensure a peaceful election and participate actively in the voting process.

Additionally, Sekinat Oyebamiji empowered some NASFAT members financially during the event.
