Osun APC Supporters Back Oyebamiji for Governor in 2026 Election

APC loyalists in Osun State have thrown their weight behind Munirudeen Oyebamiji, endorsing him for the 2026 governorship election over former governor Adegboyega Oyetola. The show of support for Oyebamiji, popularly known as "Ambo," was evident during a solidarity walk in Osogbo, where party leaders like Bola Tinubu and Timothy Owoeye expressed confidence in his leadership.

Despite Oyetola's contributions to the party, Oyebamiji's grassroots support and appeal as a bridge between old and new generation leaders have positioned him as a strong contender for the APC ticket.
