Abia State Governor Alex Otti Appoints Onyebuchi Ememanka as DG, Makes Key Government Appointments

Alex Otti, the Governor of Abia State, has appointed Onyebuchi Ememanka as the Director-General of the Abia State Strategic Communications Bureau. Ememanka previously served as the Chief Press Secretary to the immediate past Governor of Abia State, Okezie Ikpeazu.

Other appointments include Samuel Obinna Igwe as Senior Special Assistant on New Media. The appointments are effective from December 1, 2025, as announced by Ferdinand Ekeoma, the Special Adviser to Governor Otti on Media and Public Statement.
