Abia Governor Otti Signs Regulations to Boost Electricity Access and Job Creation

Abia State Governor Alex Otti signed the Abia Mini-grid regulations to reduce rural-urban migration by improving electricity access in underserved communities. The regulations aim to attract competent investors to enhance electricity generation and distribution, creating job opportunities and tackling poverty.
