PDP Defies Court Order, Insists on Holding National Convention in Ibadan

The People's Democratic Party (PDP) is determined to proceed with its National Convention in Ibadan, Oyo State, on November 15-16, 2025, despite a court order. The party's National Working Committee (NWC) and National Convention Organizing Committee (NCOC) affirmed that the convention will not be postponed.

PDP accuses the All Progressives Congress (APC) of attempting to disrupt their convention but vows to resist any destabilization efforts. Party members and leaders are urged to disregard misleading claims and ensure the success of the convention.
