Rescued Nigerian Student Recounts Ordeal in Niger State Abduction

A student rescued from the recent abduction in Niger State narrated the traumatic experience of captivity in the bush. The National Security Adviser, Malam Nuhu Ribadu, handed over the 100 rescued schoolchildren to the state government.

Governor Moham Umaru Bago expressed relief and gratitude for the successful rescue operation, emphasizing the need for continued protection of children in schools. The children were dropped off in Lumma Wawa town, Borgu LGA, and later transported to safety in Minna.
