Kaduna Governor Uba Sani's Reforms Attract Investments, Groundbreaking Kaima Smart City Project Launched

Kaduna State Governor Uba Sani touts the positive impact of economic reforms implemented over the past two and a half years, emphasizing the conducive investment environment created in Kaduna State. The reforms have garnered national recognition, with Kaduna ranking second in the 2025 subnational ease of doing business report.

Speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony for the Kaima Smart City project in Kagarko Local Government, near Abuja, Governor Uba Sani highlighted the state's commitment to building a foundation for peace and attracting concrete investments across critical sectors like housing, mining, agriculture, and manufacturing. The Kaima Smart City project, with an estimated investment exceeding $700 million, aims to set new standards for urban development in Nigeria and the sub-Saharan African region.

Governor Uba Sani envisions the Smart City as a vibrant hub for enterprise, culture, leisure, and innovation, promising significant job creation, economic opportunities, and revenue generation for the state.
