Outrage in Morocco as CAF Rejects Appeal, Sanctions Senegal Over AFCON 2025 Final

The Confederation of African Football (CAF) has caused outrage in Morocco by rejecting the country's appeal and stripping Senegal of the 2025 AFCON title. Morocco's Royal Moroccan Football Federation (FRMF) maintained silence as CAF's disciplinary committee released its decision, imposing sanctions on both teams.

Senegal faced fines totaling $615,000 for various offenses, including improper conduct, unsporting behavior, and misconduct.
