400 Civic Groups Endorse Tinubu for 2027 Presidency, Cite Oil Sector Reforms

More than 400 civic groups have thrown their support behind Bola Ahmed Tinubu for the 2027 presidential election, lauding his administration's reforms in the oil and gas sector. The endorsement, announced after a three-day conference in Lagos, highlighted Tinubu's efforts to restore transparency and investor confidence in the industry.

Key figures like Comrade Halima Mohammed, Barrister Chidi Obumnek, and Dr. Tunde Alade praised Tinubu's bold reforms and leadership in enhancing Nigeria's regulatory framework.

Engr. Gbenga Komolafe's role in driving the sector's digital transformation was also acknowledged.

Aisha Ibrahim of the Civic Connect Movement commended Tinubu's local content initiatives and efforts to boost revenue generation.
