Ohanaez Youth Council Blames Southeast Governors for Nnamdi Kanu's Detention

The Ohanaez Youth Council (OYC) criticized Southeast governors for allegedly sabotaging efforts to secure the release of Nnamdi Kanu, the leader of the proscribed Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB). OYC accused the governors of inaction and silence, urging them to demand Kanu's release from the federal government.

Comrade Igboayaka O. Igboayaka emphasized the need for a political solution to Kanu's case and questioned the government's handling of his detention, citing breaches of legal processes.

Comrade Sebastian Obiya, the newly appointed Ebonyi State chairman of OYC, vowed to uphold the council's objectives and warned against political interference in Igbo affairs.
