Oyebamiji Launches Osun Prosperity Agenda for 2026 Poll

Bola Oyebamiji, the governorship candidate for the Candid Progress Congress in the 2026 Osun State elections, unveiled the 'Osun Prosperity Agenda' on a Friday. This agenda is structured around a seven-point plan aimed at addressing key issues such as poverty alleviation, worker welfare, and job creation.

Oyebamiji emphasized the importance of managing resources transparently and fostering economic growth through support programs for small and medium enterprises, as well as empowering women and youth. He acknowledged the threat of violent crime to peace and coexistence and proposed strengthening collaboration with security agencies and enhancing community-based security initiatives, including the Osun Amotekun.

Furthermore, he plans to implement a smart surveillance system to improve security infrastructure and expand social protection programs for vulnerable citizens. Oyebamiji's agenda also includes prioritizing worker welfare, ensuring prompt salary payments, and restoring the dignity of public service.

His campaign aims to stimulate local industries and attract investments to create sustainable employment opportunities.
