Oyebanji Seeks Mandate Renewal Ahead of Ekiti Polls

On Wednesday, Ekiti State Governor Biodun Oyebanji presented an account of his stewardship over the past three and a half years, asserting that he has delivered on his campaign promises. In a statewide broadcast, he urged the people of Ekiti State to renew his mandate in the upcoming governorship election scheduled for June 20.

Oyebanji, representing the Progressive Congress, emphasized the importance of his six-point agenda and the foundational role of good governance in the state's development. He expressed pride in the achievements of his administration and confidence that a renewed four-year mandate would enable further socio-economic progress.

Oyebanji acknowledged the support from President Bola Tinubu, First Lady Oluremi Tinubu, and Vice President Kashim Shettima, and called for peaceful conduct during the elections. He thanked the people of Ekiti for their trust and support over the last four years, emphasizing the need to complete ongoing projects and implement new policies for future development.
