NOA DG Praises Oyebanji for Leadership in Ekiti State

Issa Onilu, the Director-General of the National Orientation Agency (NOA), commended Governor Biodun Abayomi Oyebanji for demonstrating exemplary leadership in managing the transition between successors and predecessors in Ekiti State. During a meeting in Abuja, Onilu noted that Oyebanji's leadership style has fostered harmony among political actors, ensuring a smooth continuation of governance.

He highlighted the importance of Oyebanji's inclusive strategies in strengthening institutions and reducing tensions often associated with political transitions, which are critical for political stability in Nigeria. Onilu also emphasized the economic significance of tourism, stating that major events significantly boost the local economy and create ripple effects across various sectors.

Wale Ojo, the Director of the Ekiti State Bureau of Tourism Development, praised Oyebanji's efforts in repositioning the state as a tourism destination and mentioned the establishment of a tourism policy and master plan to guide the sector's growth and attract investment.
