APC's Alli Promises Resolution of Primary Grievances

Senator Sharafadeen Alli, the gubernatorial candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Oyo State, stated that grievances arising from the party's recent primary election will soon be addressed. During a media briefing at the Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ) Secretariat in Ibadan, he was accompanied by deputy gubernatorial candidate Mr.

Adesoji Adedeji and APC Chairman Chief Moses Adeyemo. Alli noted that 11 aspirants contested in the primary, and while some expressed dissatisfaction with the results, he assured that a committee has been established to pacify the aggrieved members.

He acknowledged the qualifications of all aspirants but emphasized that the party had to select one candidate. Alli has been actively meeting with the aggrieved aspirants to foster unity and work towards reclaiming the state in the 2027 elections.

He remarked on the nature of political competition within a strong party like the APC, where multiple qualified individuals vie for a single position.
