Oyo Triumphs in 2nd Mixed-Team Table Tennis Championships

Oyo's unseeded team, led by Wasiu Azeez and Halima Hussein, surprised everyone by overcoming hurdles to win the 2nd Mixed-Team Table Tennis Championships. The Sail Empower Foundation-sponsored team from Oyo defeated Bayelsa 3-1 in the final match held at the Teslim Balogun Stadium in Lagos.

Senator Mukhail Abiru commended the athletes for their outstanding performance and emphasized the importance of sportsmanship. The tournament showcased talent, friendship, and sportsmanship among athletes from across Nigeria and Africa.
