Nigeria's Health Sector Unveils New Action Plans for Improved Outcomes

The Minister of Health and Social Welfare, Prof. Muhammad Ali Pate, launched new initiatives in Abuja to improve transparency and strengthen data-driven accountability in Nigeria's healthcare system.

The action plans aim to enhance health outcomes, reduce hardships, and improve quality of life for Nigerians. The strategies were unveiled during a joint annual review meeting, emphasizing the commitment to sustainable reforms and progress in maternal and child health, immunization, primary healthcare, climate health, and health security.

Various stakeholders, including government agencies, civil society, and the private sector, were commended for their contributions.
