PDP Sets December 2 for Osun Governorship Primary Election

The People's Democratic Party (PDP) has confirmed the date for the Osun State governorship primary election as December 2, 2025. The party's National Organizing Secretary, Theophilus Dakas Shan, announced the decision following the conclusion of the ad hoc national delegate congress.

The primary election will be supervised by a 10-member Electoral Committee in Osogbo, the capital of Osun State. PDP stressed the importance of obedience to party processes, urging aspirants to comply strictly with the party's constitution and guidelines.
