PDP Crisis Deepens as Party Suspends Top Officials Amid Alleged Anti-Party Activities

The People's Democratic Party (PDP) has suspended key officials, including Samuel Anyanwu, Umar Batur, and Kamaldeen Ajibade, over alleged anti-party activities. The suspensions were announced by Debo Ologunagba following a meeting in Abuja.

The party is facing internal turmoil amidst preparations for its national convention in Ibadan, Oyo State. The High Court in Abuja has also halted the convention.

Setonji Koshoedo and Jacob Otorkpa will assume roles during the suspensions.
