PDP Defies Court Orders, Insists on Holding National Convention in Ibadan Amid APC Accusations

The People's Democratic Party (PDP) is adamant about proceeding with its national convention in Ibadan, Oyo State, despite court injunctions. The PDP accuses the APC of trying to disrupt its activities and weaken the opposition.

The National Convention Organizing Committee (NCOC) assures members of the event's continuity and appreciates the support received. However, a Federal High Court in Abuja has ordered the suspension of the convention pending the outcome of a lawsuit filed by former Jigawa State Governor Sule Lamido.
