PDP Postpones Plateau, Cross River State Congresses

The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has postponed the state congresses in Plateau and Cross River States, which were intended to elect new State Executive Committees. The national publicity secretary of the PDP, Hon Debo Ologungaba, announced the postponement, stating that a new date will be communicated in due course.

The congresses, initially scheduled for Saturday, September 27, 2025, were delayed, with the National Working Committee (NWC) urging leaders, stakeholders, and party members to take note of the change. The postponement was guided by various factors, and the PDP expects all concerned parties to adjust their plans accordingly.
